Product Description

The CTF24-250A/5A is a high-precision split-core CTF24 current transformer designed for non-invasive AC current measurement in industrial power systems. With a 250A primary input and 5A secondary output, it supports direct interfacing with energy meters, PLCs, and monitoring modules via standard terminal connections. The split-core CTF24 sensor features a compact design enabling installation without disconnecting cables, compatible with conductors up to 26mm diameter. Operating at 50/60Hz with ±1% accuracy, it functions within -25°C to +85°C temperatures and 600V CAT III insulation. This sensor integrates with RS-485 or Modbus communication protocols for industrial automation applications, particularly in manufacturing, energy management, and smart grid systems. Advantages include easy retrofitting, low power loss, and UL94-V0 flame-resistant housing, though alignment sensitivity may marginally affect measurement consistency.
